All snowshoe tours meet at Base Camp 2363 US Rt 4, Killington, Vt

Weather Update: Spring is here.  We are now running Micro Spike Hikes

Tours:

Base Camp Trails: A 90-minute tour that utilizes mountain biking and hiking trails.  This hike is generally flat, parallels Kent Pond, and includes a waterfall.  Suitable for all levels. 

 

If there is not enough snow, our tour rates are below. Rates will be adjusted on arrival. 

• Snowshoe Tour: $70
• Micro Spike Tour: $50
• Guided Hike: $40 

Groups (10+) or Special Occasions: Got a large group coming to Killington and want to have some fun, let Base Camp work with your group to design a unique tour!  We can arrange champagne toasts, s’mores at our fire pit, or a photographer for family photos.  Call for pricing and more information.

 Snowshoes and poles are included in the tour.

 

What to Bring:

• We recommend wearing snow boots or waterproof hiking boots.
• Ski pants, waterproof pants, or tall gaiters.
• Layers and a warm jacket.
• Hat and gloves.                                         
• Money for water, hand warmers, beer after the hike, or to show your guide how much fun you had!

 

Cancelation Policy: 

You may cancel your tour with a 24-hour notice for a full refund, otherwise, no refund will be issued. Clients will receive a full refund if tours are canceled due to a lack of snow or unsafe conditions.  Tours are not canceled due to cold temperatures or snowstorms unless conditions are unsafe. Confirmation emails may go do your junk folder, so please check there if you do not see one.
