We are booking for the 26/27 Winter Season! 

All snowshoe tours meet at Base Camp 2363 US Rt 4, Killington, Vt

You must book this tour in advance. Only offered on Friday-Sunday, with a minimum of 3 people for the tour to go out. 

We cannot accommodate day-of bookings for this tour!

Tours:

Base Camp Trails: A 3/4 hour (5 mile) tour that utalizes the mountain bike trails and Appalachian Trail to get down to Thundering Brook Falls and back. This adventure is for moderate to advaned hikers. 

Groups (10+) or Special Occasions: Got a large group coming to Killington and want to have some fun, let Base Camp work with your group to design a unique tour!  We can arrange champagne toasts, s’mores at our fire pit, or a photographer for family photos.  Call for pricing and more information.

 Snowshoes and poles are included in the tour.

What to Bring:

• We recommend wearing snow boots or waterproof hiking boots.
• Ski pants, waterproof pants, or tall gaiters.
• Layers and a warm jacket.
• Hat and gloves. 
• Water and a snack!                                       
• Money for water, hand warmers, beer after the hike, or to show your guide how much fun you had!

Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your tour with a 24-hour notice for a full refund, otherwise, no refund will be issued. Clients will receive a full refund if tours are canceled due to a lack of snow or unsafe conditions.  Tours are not canceled due to cold temperatures or snowstorms unless conditions are unsafe. Confirmation emails may go to your junk folder, so please check there if you do not see one.
